To Make a Living from A Passion
From lighting to wine and woodwork, a great day all round.
Very recently I was contacted by a friend of mine who was getting fed up with his day job (we've all been there) and decided to start his own little company from home.
Despite him being a lighting engineer he has a real passion for woodwork and luckily for him, just happens to have to tools and space to start something! So after much talk over very good wine, we hashed out an idea on the images he wanted for his new business.
After a few hours of shooting and watching him make some fantastic pieces for the camera, we got the shot we wanted. Matt didn't want overly processed images, preferring a warm and a more natural look. Lighting was a challenge as this was my first time working in a small environment, it took some trial and error before we got it where we wanted it!
